Where do I send in my First Strike product for repair?

How should I send my marker?

You are welcome to send your marker via any shipping method that is most convenient for you. If you choose to send it through the U.S. Postal Service, we recommend that you choose the Delivery Confirmation option.

How long should I expect my marker to be out for service?

We make every effort to return it as quickly as possible. Please take into account various holidays and weekends that may cause a brief delay. In most cases, repairs are completed and returned within 5-10 business days upon receipt to our facility.

What should I include with my marker when I send it back?

Send everything you want us to test. Do not include accessories (stock, shroud, barrel extension, bipod, flashlight, laser, ect.) unless they are part of the repair. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with your marker. All information received remains confidential with First Strike Paintball and is not sold or distributed in any way.

How do I know if my marker is covered under warranty?

First Strike Paintball warrants to the purchaser that our products will be free from defects, in material and workmanship for a period of one year after purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to rust, accident, loss, improper use, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of the product. Normal wear and tear (orings, springs, screws, dirt or broken paint) is not covered under the warranty. At First Strike Paintball’s option, any issue covered under warranty will be repaired at no charge to the purchaser.

Can I send my First Strike Paintball marker to the factory to have it repaired even if it is not covered under warranty?

We do provide repair services for all of our products even if they are not covered under warranty. There is a standard $20 service charge to work on repairs that are not covered under warranty. This service charge covers replacement of orings, screws, springs, cleaning and testing. If we find any major parts damaged or missing, the customer is responsible to cover the cost of the replacement of these parts.

How do I pay for repairs?

After we receive your marker, one of our service technicians will evaluate it and determine how much it will cost to repair to proper working order. We will then call you for payment confirmation before the marker is sent back. We accept all major credit cards as a form of payment.

What if I have more questions about the return of my product for service? Whom can I contact?

You are welcome to call our Service Department at 1-260-478-2500. If you get our voice message service, please leave a detailed message and we will return your calls as quickly as possible.
